Experience in all the aspects of the company Law, Legal and Statutory Compliances. 
Independently handled Initial Public Offer of 3 group Companies, liaisoning with various agencies in relation with legal and statutory requirements and all statutory filings.
In addition, exposure in laws relating to commercial contracts and competence in  drafting of various types of agreements,  drafting and verifying legal documents.
Acting as an In-House Counsel, studying and interpreting various laws, rules, regulations, contracts, providing effective and objective advice to the management for taking prudent organizational decisions.
Contributed effectively in restructuring of legal entities for strategic business decisions for more than 3 years.
