Mine is a unlisted Public company recently got converted from private to public in the month of December. The Company had already appointed a managing director. The company has inadequate profits hence was planning to file form 25A, however as per the recent amendment it has become in applicable to the company. So is it necessary to file Form 25A any more or shall we file Form 25C.
Kindly help.

At dgft site our bankers shows as ABC bt now we were nt operating that account for last many years...........Nw we need to file application for modification for IEC code so can u plz tell me that while filing the application we can submit the bankers certificate from the new bank of Co. i.e. BCD............

Mr.X was appointed as Addl Director liable to retire by rortation in 2005. Then he was appointed as Executive Director in that year for 3 years term. Then again he was reappointed as ED in 2008 for another 3 years term. Now in 2011 he was not reappointed as ED. But he continued as Ordinary Director. Whether he can be considered as director liable to retire by rotation as being longest in the office and can retire if not reappointed as director? Please suggest. Its urgent. Thank you

Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding company winding up.
i.e.
A Company was registered in 2009 & it has not carried any business activity.Now the BOD want to close under sec.560
What are the procedure to close that company?
What are the documents required to close?

The Private Limited Company,

Incorporated with Authorised Cap. 20 lakhs & paid up capital of Rs. 1 lakh.

Then after the company Purchased the business of a partnership firm in which partners are director of the company, & issued shares as consideration to the Partners of the firm.

For the said issue of shares which e-form should be filed with RoC & what's the procedure for the same.
