Kindly let me know that if I would like to know the names of all the Directors of the Company, can it be found under 'view authorised signatory' tab in MCA portal.

02 March 2011 'List of signatories' can be seen under the referred tab of MCA Portal.

02 March 2011 Yes you can check the following details of directors---
1) DIN
2) Name
3) Present residential address
4) Designation
5) Date of Appointment
6) Whether DSC Registered
7) Expiry Date of DSC

03 March 2011 "View Signatory Details" give details of current directors / secretary.

Is there any way to find the past directors as well viz., List of persons who had been the Directors of the company during the past 2 years showing details of their date of entry and exit. By paying Rs.50/- for inspection of documents, these details can be ascertained from their annual return and Schdule V. Other than this, is there any other way?

03 March 2011 No there is no Other way than this. Yes you can also check the same by checking the details of form 32 filed buy the company but again the same will require the payment of Rs 50 and also there will be more no of forms. So it is best to check the info from the copy of annual return.
