Conversion from Private to Public

Mine is a unlisted Public company recently got converted from private to public in the month of December. The Company had already appointed a managing director. The company has inadequate profits hence was planning to file form 25A, however as per the recent amendment it has become in applicable to the company. So is it necessary to file Form 25A any more or shall we file Form 25C.
Kindly help.

01 March 2011 25A will not be required for appointments of MD / WTD w.e.f. 8th Feb 2011 in view of recent relaxation by MCA vide their Press Note dated 8th Feb 2011. 25C is sufficient.
