Company has its registered office at Delhi want to shift Patna. Its Authorised capital is rs. 10 lac. Which form is required to file in ROC and which clause will be changed in MOA AND AOA, Which Document will be submitted in ROC regarding change in Address of Regd. Office. How much time it will take (Regarding change in Address submitted to Roc)whether document will be submitted Physically and online or only online. Whether Person have to appear in MOC or not

2.and can we directly add clause to main object clause of the company which is not in other object clause or first we insert new clause in other object and then transfer in main object.

Mr. A is a director of Co. ABC pvt. Ltd. and a Director/member in XYZ Co. pvt. Ltd., holding of Mr. A in XYZ is less than 2% , now if there is any contract(purchase / sale) between ABC pvt. Ltd & XYZ Co. pvt. Ltd, for will it attract provision of section 297 inspite of fact that Mr. A whose holding is below 2% in XYZ Co. pvt. Ltd.

Some queries re. co limited by guarantee without share capital:
1. What is limit on no of members? - both min & max.
2. Sec 160 re. Annual return of co not having share capital does not give format of AR.

One of our client has got FDI few years back, but he failed to report the same to RBI. Now that violation is sought to be compounded under FEMA. Kindly advise as to the following:
Should we file Compounding Application directly without first filing the documents which ought to have been filed for FDI or should we file both (the latter being filed first and the former later on)
