Under section 153, a trust cannot enter as a member in the register of members of a company. Please tell me what should be done in case of a registered trust. Does a registered trust has a separate legal entity and can it become a member in a company by its own name or should the trustees be alloted the shares.

How can we check whether a DIN is allotted is with PAN or without PAN?

If a company is declared as defunct company due to not filling any documents with ROC then what is the way to strike of its name
And also, Is it better to normalize that company or strike of its name from registrar

If Sitting fees for director are not mentioned in the Articles then what is required for giving such fees both to whole time directors and independent directors

Please tell me if AGM approval is required or a mere board resolution will do as SEc 309(2) regulates such fees.

Does Sec 309(2) supersede the Articles
