For Change of Name by a pvt company is it necessary to accord the central government approval and if yes then when it should be taken.

06 May 2011 first file form 1A for reservation of name.
Then file form 23 and 1B with the relevant attachments. Everything will be done online only and u do not need to go anywhere.

06 May 2011 same procedure to be followed i. e. same forms filing will do the job.
