Elevance/significance of first two proposed word is not given , also not as per as main object given please submit the form again with the alternate name.

is it required to give a significance of words in a name and also should match with the objects

We are a private limited company. On receipt of request from a member for duplicate issue,the BOD has decided to issue duplicate share certificate. My query is, on what date the certificate must be issued whether the original date or date of BOD meeting where issue of duplicate certificate was approved?
Another query - is stamp duty payable on such duplicate issue? These shares were issued originally by way of transmission on death of member.so no stamp duty was paid as such

our is pvt ltd company and issued a 6% non cumulative preference shares with Face Value Rs.10 and Premium Rs. 90 for 3 years.. now 3 years completed.but still company is not operating any business activity hence there is no profit.. now we have to redeem said shares.. can we redeem it by issuing a fresh issue or any.. kindly let me give full procedure for redemption of preference shares and issues of fresh shares...

Is it necessary to amend the AOA of a pvt.Co. in order to demat its shares and if yes than please help me the clause which is to be entered in the AOA

I am confused whether there can be following circumstance or not:

A Ltd holding 51% shares in B Ltd. AND
B Ltd holding 51% shares in A Ltd.

So What kind of relationship prevail in such circumstance?

And What are consequences of applicability of AS 21 if both are listed companies?
