You just make an application to the company for spliting of shares. If you have a share certificate of 10000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of ABZ.

This is with reference to the share certificate No 4 with Folio No. 6 in the name of Mr...for spliting of 10000 equity shares in the 2000 equity shares each. The original Share certificate is attached with this application.

Kindly split my share certificate and issue share certificate in my name accordingly.
