Can any please help me that, i have filled a form 1a for new company .In that I need to resubmit a form again as the remark shown is
Elevance/significance of first two proposed word is not given , also not as per as main object given please submit the form again with the alternate name.
is it required to give a significance of words in a name and also should match with the objects

Yes you should give significance of each name you have choosen and the name must correspond with the main object of the Company.
