29 March 2012 Sir,
Due to amendment in clause 41 of listing agreement in sub clause (1) (d) format of quarterly results changed so plz can any one provide me format of quarterly results for the quarter ended 31st March 2012.

29 March 2012 Sir,
I have gone through with amended listing agreement But sir i have a confusion in clause 41 of sub clause (1) (d) about that we have to send the audited financial results along with audited results of last quarter i.e 31st december with a note so how i can incorporate the columns in quarterly results.

As i reading quarterly result few points are for clarifications:

1. Whether you have filed December 31st, quarter in this format or not?
2. As per Listing Agreement 6 coloum is required in place of 4 as u given.
4. You try to make it in excel format.
5. It is also required to attache segment wise result for the quarter ended.
