Paid up capital increase

I have Pvt.Ltd. Company which has 10 Lakh Authorised Capital
I want to increase paid up capital 1 lakh to 5 lakh
for which what is procedure as per Companies Act
Should we file Form 23 and Form 2
or Only Form 2
Please let me know the Procedure for the same
asap
>First convene board Meeting for allotment of equity shares and pass necessary resolution for allotment of shares.
>Download Form-2 from MCA Site (www.mca.gov.in )
>Fill form-2 and attach list of allottees.
>Get form-2 certified from practicing CS/CA and upload the same on MCA Site after paying the requisite fees.

Then why my CA is asking to file First form 23 and later on form 2
I totally agree with the expert suggestion. Please confirm your CA what they want to increase. Paid up capital or authorised capital or both.
