NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 an application is being made to the Regional Director,………………..(Region) Department of Corporate Affairs, Government of India for a licence directing that a body to be formed under the name of…………………………..(Name of the Company) may be registered as a company with limited liability without the addition of the word “Limited” or the words “Private Limited” to its name……………being a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956.
The Principal objects of the Company, are as follows:

A copy of the draft Memorandum and Articles of Association of the proposed company may be seen at ……………………………(given the address here) during business hours.
