How can the XBRL forms be viewed on the computer without installing the XBRL Software.

THESE FORMS HAVE BEEN DOWNLOAD BY ME FROM "VIEW PUBLIC DOCUMENTS" FROM MCA PORTAL BUT I DONOT HAVE ANY XBRL SOFTWARE ON MY COMPUTER

AS per provisions of Section 313 of the Comapnies Act, If the term of office of the original director is determined before he so returns to the State , any provision for the automatic re-appointment of retiring directors in default of another appointment shall apply to the original, and not to the alternate, direct.

Accordingly, if Original Director is reappointed at AGM, what will be the position of Alternate Director? Will be he considered to be reappointed or cease to be appointed?

Suppose an employer does not issue any appointment letter, does not maintain any attendance register and also does not issue any pay slip but pays salary in cash / cheque. What is the remedy available to the employee, if his service is subsequently terminated by the said employer. How in such a situation , employee can proof his employment in that organisation to his new employer and how he can fight his case before a court of law?

If there is change in Subscribers at the time of incorporating a company i.e. filing form 1 with ROC, I have to take a NOC from proposed existing promoters. Now my query is:

1.that NOC to be taken on plain paper or on a stamp paper? if on stamp paper then of which amount?

2. that stamp paper requires notarization or what?

pls explain.

Please tell me if foreign Share holder of Newly incorporated Indian private Company hold share and beneficiary of such share is Foreign holding company of this Indian private company then from whose Account money for such Share should be transfered to the Indian PrivateCompany Bank Account?

(1)Share Holder? OR

(2)Beneficiary of Share Holder i.e Foreign holding company?
