23 May 2012 Respected Sir/Ma'm,

I am doing training in a Pvt Ltd Company since September 2011 but this time i want to go into another company but the previous company is objecting in issuing NOC. As you know sir/Ma'm that if i am not provided the NOC then my training of 8 months shall not be counted.

Please advice, if there is some possible solution available with me in this matter.

Can i raise the matter before ICSI??

I will request you to again request the company for issuing NOC for the same. If they are not providing you can contact Institute for the same and resolve the matter.
