I have filed Form 1A for name availability and got the name. But i didnt register the company within 60 days. So, the name got expired. is there is any way in order to get the name again in MCA portal.

In value added statements, whether director sitting fees is treated as an application towards director or expense to a company? suggest with appropriate reason.

what is the procedure to be followed when a company which has unpaid dividend in unpaid divd a/c for more than a decade to transfer it to iepf a/c .the above case is of a company having unpaid divd hwen there was no provision of transfer to iepf a/c.

Recently, we have formed a private limited company in Mumbai.

We are being informed by someone, that it is necessary to appoint the Chairman and Managing Director in the company. That too not later then 3 months.

We are three directors together formed this company. Kindly please let me know is the above stated true or nothing such exists.

Also please let me know, where I can study the rules and regulations of the company.

Summary: Mauritius company own 100% in india renewable energy company & renewable company own 30% stake in Public renewable energy comany ( not listed).

my question is :
(A) can we wind-up Mauritius own company in india , if yes then what is the treatment of investment, it is any tax applicable ?
(B) instead of wind-up can we merge the indian company with parent company.
