what is the procedure to be followed when a company which has unpaid dividend in unpaid divd a/c for more than a decade to transfer it to iepf a/c .the above case is of a company having unpaid divd hwen there was no provision of transfer to iepf a/c.

Please take immediate steps to transfer the unpaid dividen amount to Investors Education & Protection Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act.
