Mr. A is appointed as an alternate director to Mr. B. In today's Board meeting Mr. B Resigns from BOD of the Company and Mr. A is appointed as alternate director to Mr. C. Can i file one form 32 as Change in designation of Mr. A as alternate director of Mr. C or first cessation of Mr. A as an alternate director to Mr. B and Appointment of Mr. A as an alternate director to Mr. C

Correct procedure is to first resign him from that Directorship then appoint him as a alternate director of Mr. C.

For this you have to file separate form 32 for appointments and removals..
