Is there any requirement of Form 23(Resolution in general Meeting) for shifting of registered office from MUMBAI to BHIWANDI(Thane).

Whether Thane is considered under the local limits of Mumbai in this regard.

in a company the directors rotate by rotation, but in the notice issued that particular clause was not mentioned that the director rotate and retire. also the articles of the company makes provisions regarding the rotation of directors

We are comes under 100% automatic route, we already received the funds through authorized delar from the NRI for share application money. we already send the intimation to RBI about the funds received,we are not liable for prior approval from FIPB.

whether FIPB intimation also required??? or not.
