As per Section 166 the first AGM must be done within the period of 18 months from the date of incorporation and as per Section 210 Accounts of the company should be placed before members within 9 months from the closure of the accounts.
Both these sections says only about the maximum time within which company has to conduct AGM, before this time any company can conduct their AGM as per their requirements.
