We are comes under 100% automatic route, we already received the funds through authorized delar from the NRI for share application money. we already send the intimation to RBI about the funds received,we are not liable for prior approval from FIPB.

whether FIPB intimation also required??? or not.

Please clarify my doubt

06 March 2013 FIPB approval is required when the FDI is under government route. In your case it comes under 100% automatic route so you need not get approval from FIPB.
