If Public Company is incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 and Company has not started its business activity till date and not file any form for obtaining Certificate of Business Commencement. Under Companies Act, 2013 , Section 11 has been removed and Form 21 which is for obtaining certificate of business commencement has been removed from MCA Website.
Now, Company Wants to obtain its business Commencement Certificate , whether is it possible ?? or if yes , then what is the procedure ???

A Company has spare funds and want to utilize by way giving loan to other. But as per company act company can`t give loan to the director and other firm/company in which director are partner or director. Then plz advice me that how a company give to loan to other.
Dear Experts, I have to prepare Projected Financials and Project Report of a Pvt. Ltd. Company for next 5 years to apply for loan of Rs. 52 lacks to finance plant and machinery and Factory premises having cost of rs. 1 Crore. Apart from these loans , company is having directors' Loan as required to finance the project. The private ltd. company having paid up capital of Rs 1 lac. Profits of the company are so huge in upcoming 5 years, thats why there will be huge cumulative surplus reserves in future. So my Balance Sheets are not tallying. As reserves are so huge, as a result the balancing cash and bank balance is so high..which is not reasonable and looks unbelievable. So I need suggestions regarding utilization of reserves and surplus, by considering the above case. . and please suggest how to present projected financials in more attractive and believable way? Thanks in advance.
Yesterday I submitted an e form on mca 21 portal. The payment was successful but challan and SRN could not be generated.Can anyone tell me how to generate the challan and SRN. Thanks..

If a auditor firm say ‘A’ of any Pvt Ltd Company has been amalgamated with another Auditor Firm say ‘B’, then in this situation, Is that company bound to follow the all procedure of provision of section 139 and 140 of Company Act 2013? Please clarify.

Last week, I have applied for DIN for a Director for a newly incorporated company. The DIN has been allotted and approved but while i using it and do a pre-fill it shows enter valid DIN. Also, i check in MCA site verify DIN/PAN of Directors and it shows DIN has not been matched with DIN Database.
I raised a ticket query in MCA but they not able to give proper solution to me. They give a solution as the DSC for PAN is not register in MCA portal. I have tried to register a DSC for PAN of a concerned Director and it shows PAN not does not exist in system.
I contacted DIN Cell, Helpdesk of MCA all are not able to give proper solution. Kindly advise.
