01 January 2016 Dear Expert,
Last week, I have applied for DIN for a Director for a newly incorporated company. The DIN has been allotted and approved but while i using it and do a pre-fill it shows enter valid DIN. Also, i check in MCA site verify DIN/PAN of Directors and it shows DIN has not been matched with DIN Database.
I raised a ticket query in MCA but they not able to give proper solution to me. They give a solution as the DSC for PAN is not register in MCA portal. I have tried to register a DSC for PAN of a concerned Director and it shows PAN not does not exist in system.
I contacted DIN Cell, Helpdesk of MCA all are not able to give proper solution. Kindly advise.

01 January 2016 It appears that you were issued the provisional DIN and on inquiry of documents Din is rejected kindly check your mca log in transaction status

01 January 2016 Sir, I checked in transaction status. It shows, payment confirmed and transaction is being processed by system. This information is showing so long from the date of filing onwards. Further, my DIN is Approved and Allotted as mentioned in my payment receipt. But not working while i using filling form. It has not mentioned anywhere in my payment receipt the allotted DIN is provisional.
because of this problem, today I filed fresh DIR-3 Form but DIN has not been allotted. My company incorporation work is pending because of this. Kindly help

01 January 2016 After filing new DIR-3, what error did you receive?

01 January 2016 I got a payment receipt along with DIN "Null" has been Allotted

01 January 2016 If the status of this Form (New Form) is showing successful, then wait for one more day, you will get DIN.

28 February 2020 Any solution to this, I am also getting same error. I have applied for DIN for a Director for a in form DIR3. The DIN has been allotted and approved but while i using it and do a pre-fill it shows DIN is not approved.
