Non generation of srn on successful payment on mca 21 portal

01 January 2016 Yesterday I submitted an e form on mca 21 portal. The payment was successful but challan and SRN could not be generated.Can anyone tell me how to generate the challan and SRN. Thanks..

01 January 2016 Please check the payment status of your form. If it is shown as 'Payment Successful', then you will be able to get Challan copy from.
But it is shown 'Payment unsuccessful', then you need to upload the form and pay again. Your earlier amount will be refunded automatically in your account.

01 January 2016 Thanks , but while checking the payment status it asked for SRN number and i could not have the same please tell me how to generate the such SRN ?

01 January 2016 You can check SRN in Check Transaction Status. You can fill date and get SRN. And this SRN you can you in 'Payment Status'
