04 January 2016 Is there any restriction for a loss making company on issue of further right shares at face value????????.....as i know a loss making company can't issue Shares at Premium without valuation certificate...
Please revert back if know the solution.....

04 January 2016 Profit/loss of the company has nothing to do with issue of shares at face value. Company can issue shares at face value even if it is in loss.
