Dear Experts,
If a Non- Executive Director of Limited Company absent form board Meetings during the year, with valid grant of Leave from Board of Director, Whether he is liable to vacate his Office??

Yes he has to vacate his office by virtue of section 167(1)(b). Please check the section and let me know if there is any doubt.
