Sale of private company without knowledge of shareholder

My Parents holds shares worth Rs10000 (Rs5000 each) in a PRIVATE COMPANY carrying business of cotton mill. The Board of Directors without their KNOWLEDGE SOLD the mill. Whether my parents continue to be Shareholders. PLEASE provide the rights of the SHAREHOLDERS in this case.

Owers of the Company are Shareholders. IF your parents are still shareholder of the Company then they are still owner of the Company. Even directors has sold mill its doesn't mean that your Parents are not owner.
