Dear Experts,
kindly guide on the following matter.
One Limited Company wants to donate to Federation of Industries can its come u\s 181 of Companies Act, 2013??
and another Question is if Limited Company buy milk from its one welfare Community, whom company give a donation, and Donate the milk to Other community and get valid receipt for donation from the Community??
Can Company do this as per section 181 of Companies act,2013 without limit??
