What documents should be attached in form 1A.
whether any power of attorney required to be signed by directors ?

2. Later on mortgage was created after 3-4 months in favour of the bank. Now for registration of mortgage is it necessary to file separate form no.8 by creating another charge id/or whether modifications could be done in earlier charge id of hypothecation

The company have two directors one of whom DIN is rejected. The director whose DIN is approved whether in DIN-3 form can sign at the end of the form??? If not what should be done? The DIN is approved on 05/01/11 and till date DIN-2 form is not submitted to the Company. Whether DIN-2 form can be submitted on back date and then DIN-3 form can be submitted by Company?? If the company submits the DIN-3 form after 7days of receipt of DIN-2 form how much additional fees it has to pay?? The director is appointed before 01/07/07.

Suppose this remians o/s till march 11 end.
Is this allowed as per rules?
