dear all please note:-
1. hypothecation deed was registered at the ROC by filing form no.8.
2. Later on mortgage was created after 3-4 months in favour of the bank. Now for registration of mortgage is it necessary to file separate form no.8 by creating another charge id/or whether modifications could be done in earlier charge id of hypothecation

In this case u can go for modification of earlier charge....
