09 February 2011 i am applying for availability of name in form 1A.

What documents should be attached in form 1A.

whether any power of attorney required to be signed by directors ?

Can anybody provide me a filled form 1A for reference.

09 February 2011 If it's a new company, no attachment is required.

In case of existing companies applying for change of name, Board Resolution is to be attached.

Power of Attorney is not required for filing of Form 1A.

Form 1A is available in MCA website. You may download the same.

I have one more problem in Form 1A. when I am entering provisional DIN / PAN and clicking on pre fill button then it is showing that enter valid DIN/ PAN.

I have problem in point no. 1 details of applicant and in point no 7 details of promoters.

Proposed directors are pre filled correctly in point no. 14.

pls help me.
