I filed form 1,18 and 32, but some objections were raised in MOA so i have to resubmit form 1. But when i go to resubmit option on mca21 and file it online it says- size exceeds 2.6 mb. So i tried filing through offline upload method via eform upload option. There after few attempts file got uploaded successfully but when i track my transaction status it still shows "Required resubmission". I uploaded the form at midnight. So what's the problem?

Suppose X company has to pay Rs--and case is filed under arbitration clause for the claim and while arbitration proceeding is pending can we file winding up petition in High Court?

x inc is a foreign company wants to incorporate a Indian company which is a subsidiary of foreign company x inc.

For the purpose of directors, we are taking Indian shareholders as directors and the foreign company will be share holder.

is there any confirmation required to be get from the foreign company for confirmation of the incorporation?
