What is the due procedure for filing a complaint against a practicing Company secretary who has aided criminal acts by filing falsified records before Registrar Of Companies?

Dear Arun,
You will be required to write a simple letter to ICSI Disciplinary committee, detailing the professional misconduct done by CS along with documentary evidences supporting your stand. On receipt of your letter, ICSI will be required to undertake preliminary study of your case.
It is suggested that before complaining, you be sure that the CS is guilty of professional misconduct.
For filing the complain there is no fees and you have to file the complain to the
Head Quarters of The ICSI, 22, Institutional Area, Lodi Road, New Delhi -110003
