I filed form 1,18 and 32, but some objections were raised in MOA so i have to resubmit form 1. But when i go to resubmit option on mca21 and file it online it says- size exceeds 2.6 mb. So i tried filing through offline upload method via eform upload option. There after few attempts file got uploaded successfully but when i track my transaction status it still shows "Required resubmission". I uploaded the form at midnight. So what's the problem?

26 July 2011 Either your form has not been filed successfully or it has been again put to re-submission by the concerned ROC official. In first case you can resubmit the form again and in second scenario you should carefully check the objection raised and modify your form accordingly and file.

26 July 2011 Dear Ankur,

First of all uploading cant be done in offline mode it has to be online and for size issues a eform cant exceed 2.5 mb . For succesful uploading first Compress your Attach Documents by using pdf Compresser through google after Compressing Then upload it.you can also use docupub.com for Compressing.

26 July 2011 It is due to the fact that you have saved the document many times. Do no do it. Always save as then this problem shall not arise. Try it by filling up another form.
