the entire Form 23 including all the attachments to Form 23

It would be most helpful if someone can shed some light on the following matters.

A private limited company and formed and certificate of incorporation has been issued on 24.03.2010.

What are all the statutory requirements to be followed by the company regarding :
1. holding of AGM
2. filing of annual returns.
3. Appointment of auditors.
4. No of board meetings that should have been conduted.
5. whether the AGM conducted can be inclusive for both financial years, i .e., 2009-10 and 2010-11
and also any other matters to be taken care off.

A company having turnover of Rs. 110 Crore. Whether it is mandatory to file annual return in XBRL format. (urgent).

The company was a pvt ltd company as on 1st day of the FY. During the year it became subsidiary of a listed company. The Subsidiry's p&L a/c is debited with the mangerial remuneration for the year. What are the obligations to be followed by the company on becoming subsidiary, also what are formalities to be complied wit? Is sch-XIII is applicable in the case?

What is the meaning of term Aggregate here can u plz explain it with an example.
