Kindly clarify my query as under :
If I need to obtain Certified Copy of Amended Articles of Association from RoC, should I opt only for the Amended AOA or
the entire Form 23 including all the attachments to Form 23
or
What is the appropriate way ?
Experts who have gained experience on the above query may please clarify my query.

If you want the amended AOA as certified true copy then you have to apply for the attachment and not full form23....
if you apply for FORM23 you will get the form only as certified true copy and without its attachment...so you apply for the AOA as certified true copy....
