dear members,
can we check the shareholders details of a company from MCA website..?
please explain the procedure.

As such we cannot check the shareholders list from MCA site but one thing can be done....
1.Create your Login Id on MCA21.
2.Login through it.
3.Click on View Public Documents.
4.Pay the required amount of Rs.50/- through online payment and then view the documents of the company. But before doing that check in the index of forms filed by the company that whether that company has filed FORM 20B or not because that is the only document which has shareholders list in it..
5. If its there you can pay the amount and see the document...while seeing the document you can save it as well alongwith all its attachment.
In this way u can see the shareholders list with all the details.
