Hi all

I my absence my junior filed form 23AC of a Company and did not attached Boards Report with it.

In my opinion it is a default as Section 217 read with the 23AC Instructions Kit says this Board Report shall be attached to the Balance Sheet and Balance Sheet is required to filed with ROC meaning thereby this attachment must be there.
Your valuable opinion is required to give weightage to my thought.

A Private Limited Company having turnover of Rs. 110 Crore in F.Y.-2010-11. Whether it is mandatory to file Annual Return to MCA in XBRL Format (taxonomy).

1. are first directors required to take up qualification shares if mentioned in articles or they are exempted from this?

2. whether they have to file their consent with ROC??

In the Memorandum of Association of a public company,four shareholders hold 10000 equity shares each. The date of incorporation being 3.5.2005.But the application money has been brought by them after 3.5.2005. Is it correct that application money is bought after the date of incorporation which can be said to be the date of allotment?

The query is in under mentioned form where Director Mr. a don't have share other than xyz p. ltd. , can he give declaration to xyz p ltd like this-
