14 October 2011 The matters to be included,among others, are:-
Working results.
Dividend.
Director's responsibility statement u/s 217(2AA).
Auditor's.
Particulars of employee's as warranted by section 217(2A).
Energy conservation, technology absorption and foreign exchange earnings and out go as per section 271(1)(e).
Acknowledgement.
