I want to file form 8 for creation of charge in roc. However, file size is more than 2.5 m.b. So Pls tell me that where can i find additional attachment sheet.

What are the provision for registration of charge for Guarantor Companies.

Is it compulsory to file Form 8 by guarantor company.

I am trying to incorporate a pvt ltd company. its nature is that it will be a real estate company. i have some queries:-

1. Will i have to add real estate or similar word/words to the name of the company , as one of the objects will be leasing.

2. is it necessary to fill up point no. 10 in eform 1A.

3.Can i give more than one name in eform 1A if the same will be signed by a practicing professional.

In case of a public company in which state government is major shareholder, state government by an order appointed a person as Managing Director. but some of the directors have raised objection that government can not directely appoint any one as managing director only the board of directors have the right to appoint managing director.

my question is whether state government has the authority to appint Managing Director without the consent of board. if there is any notification or circular in this regard kindly refer. I think section 269 and schedule XIII is not applicable in case of government companies.

In case govt does not have authority to appoint MD and board has not consented to his appointment what will be the validity of work done by him during the period of his appointment by government order and board meeting.

My query is section 146 of companies Act,1956 says a company can have its registered office with in 30 days or getting certificate of commencement of business whichever is earlier but while filling e-form 18 at the time of incorporation of company on MCA21 Portal it is mandatory requirement to state place of registered office of company ? Further i would like to ask you if it is correct then tell me how it is...?

I Have filed form 20 B , 23 AC & 23 ACA but by mistake date of AGM held in all the forms have been filed 31-OCt-2011 in place of due period as 30-NOV-2011.

if any one please tell me what is the process to rectify it. and what is the consequence if it remains in same date as 31-OCT-2011.

In a private limited company, when an additional director is appointed as a whole time director in AGM, is it a special business? If yes, can somebody please produce a draft!

In the same case while filing form 32, do I have to check the box for disqualification & economic offense?

Also, a resolution passed in AGM cannot have a Board of Resolution number! what is to be filled in Verification II ?
