18 November 2011 I am trying to incorporate a pvt ltd company. its nature is that it will be a real estate company. i have some queries:-

1. Will i have to add real estate or similar word/words to the name of the company , as one of the objects will be leasing.

2. is it necessary to fill up point no. 10 in eform 1A.

3.Can i give more than one name in eform 1A if the same will be signed by a practicing professional.

18 November 2011 1. Yes because name should resemble the main object of the company.
2. Yes necessarily the relation of 'key' word should be entered in clause 10 of e-Form 1A.
3. Left open being not experienced.
