What are the provision for registration of charge for Guarantor Companies.
Is it compulsory to file Form 8 by guarantor company.

The Company which is getting the loan must file Form 8

That is accepted but what about the liability of guarantor company...?
As guarantor is also liable it should also file Form No. 8

As per Section 125 of the Companies Act, 1956, the company which creates charge is required to file Form 8 with the ROC within 30 days of the creation of the charge.
Hence, in your the company which gives guarantee is not required to file form 8 separately.
