Is it compulsory to file Form 8 by guarantor company.

As guarantor is also liable it should also file Form No. 8

20 November 2011 As per Section 125 of the Companies Act, 1956, the company which creates charge is required to file Form 8 with the ROC within 30 days of the creation of the charge.

Hence, in your the company which gives guarantee is not required to file form 8 separately.
