I am facing a peculiar problem in respect of DIN of a Director. The problem is described below:-
A Director's PAN is updated with MCA. But there is a discrepancy with his father's name.
His Father's First name and middle name are just initials in his PAN card. But while checking with his DIN Allotment Letter / e-form 1A, I found that his father's name is provided fully (not just the initials as Pan card) with MCA.
Naturally there is a discrepancy in between PAN and MCA database.
Now, the problem is while filing DIN-4, the system is not taking the first name and middle name, since initials are not allowed. Hence automatically it is showing an error and we cannot proceed further.
As we all know, 15th December is the last date.
So, please help me regarding this matter urgently.

With reference to email from MCA, I want to update PAN of my client in DIN data, for which I am filing DIN-4. I have filled the form and attached enclosures, now I am doing Prescrutiny, but the following message is displayed:
" The system has identified your application as potentially duplicate, because the combination of any two parameters out of Applicant's name, Applicant father name and Date of Birth are matching with an already filed DIN application form. Do you want to continue with Prescrutiny. ( In case of resubmission please select Yes)".
Please advise how to file DIN-4
