Dear Expert,
Greetings for the day.
My question is for minimum authorised share capital applicable, if the word "CAPITAL" used in company name.
- One of our client propose to set up a new company with the name of XYZ CAPITAL ADVISOR PVT LTD.
- The main object of the company is capital advisory company.

As per companies (Name Availability ) Rules,2011, if key word is 'Capital' minimum authorized capital need to be Rs. 1 lakh.
