Please clarify................

ABC Private Limited had AGMs on the following dates :

FYE 31.03.09 - AGM Date 30.09.09 - AGM Due Date 30.09.09

FYE 31.03.10 - AGM Date 10.04.11 - AGM Due Date 30.09.10

should we take 15 months ending date as due date of AGM for AGM Date 10.04.11 ?

FYE 31.03.11 - AGM Date 17.11.11 - AGM Due Date 30.09.11

should we take 15 months ending date as due date of AGM for AGM Date 17.11.11 ?

Ans : .................

Please confirm the Due Date of AGM for the FYE 31.03.10 & FYE 31.03.11.

14 December 2011 The date of AGM can not exceed 6 months from the date ending date of financial accounts.

Please read section 220 along with section 166.
