i was resubmitting form 1 on mca website. form 1 successfully resubmitted. but due to power failure i couldnot take the printout of the same.

How can i check the status of my FOrm 1 ?

My client wants to set up a winery/trading in wines and bottling thereof in the proposed name as
BONNE SANTE WINES PVT LTD.

In the MCA database, there exists name similar as under:
BONNE SANTE PHARMA PVT LTD
BONNE SANTE THERAPEUTICS (INDIA) Pvt LTD


Will my client get the desired proposed name.

In a Pvt. Ltd. Company , out of three part-time directors, two directors resigned on 30th Sept,2011.If the said Company holds a board meeting on 31st Dec.2011 and appoints two more directors,will it be valid? If yes, can the two additional directors names be shown in the Attendance Record of the meeting held on 31.12.2012 as directors or as special invitees.

Due to resignations of two directors from the board,the number of directors of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. have fallen below the statutory minimum.Can a board meeting be held with one director to appoint additional directors?Otherwise can they be appointed through EGM?

A private limited Co. wishes to transfer all of its Land, Building, Plant & Machinery to another company.

It is continuing its business but wishes to do so without the land, building, plant & machinery.

It will remain a going concern after such transfer.

What is the procedure for doing so?

What is the procedure of winding up of a GBC1 Company in Mauritius which is a WOS of an Indian Pvt Ltd company?
Company was incorporated just 6 months before.
Is any compliance of FEMA is required in this regard?

Can Board Meeting be conducted through video conferencing under the existing provisions of the Companies Act? If yes,then how attendace of directors could be obtained? I think there is a proposal to incorporate such provisions in the Companies Amendment bill,which is pending for consideration before the Parliament?

Dear sir,
i am filing Din-4 of one of our client,
i am getting some problem while prescrutiny of the form, it showing that "the form version your using is not latest please download a freash form and submit again"
i downloaded new form and again it showing same message please help me in this regard..
