I am having WIndow xp, service pack3 and downloaded jdk 6 update 30 from MCA site. Even then I can not login to MCA site . A message"DIGITAL SIGNATURE VERIFICATION FAILED OR YOUR CA IS NOT TRUSTED".
Can anybody help to sort out the problem.

Our client, a Pvt Ltd company has given loans to its subsidiary (Pvt Ltd) co.
However, Parent company does not charge interest on the said loan.

What provisions will get attracted to the Parent Company under Companies Act, 1956?
