There is a director having two (2) din number in 1st pan no. is not attach and in second pan is attached.
What is the procedure for cancelling the din number??? Second din no. is not used at anywhere. …

(3)If XYZ PVT Ltd purchase some goods from ABC PVT Ltd on credit on regular basis & make payment through cash & cheque at the prevalling market prices. The amount of contract is of Rs. 3 crores approx.

What is the difference between fraud and misrepresentation?In the case of Hazi Ahmed vs Abdul Gani Khan AIR 1937 Nagpur 270.The circumstances of the cases seemed to be fraud but the court declared it to be misrepresentation.The case is given in short as under:-

In the negotiations of a marriage contract the relatives speaking for the girl failed to disclosed that she suffered from epileptic fits.The engagement was held to be voidable by the reason of misrepresentation.In this case non disclosure of very material facts was held to be misrepresentaion.

A company has investment in HDFC Cash Management Fund-Treasury Advantage Plan-Weekly Dividend plan(dividend is reinvested) since last 3 years.

Our client, a Pvt Ltd company has given loans to its subsidiary (Pvt Ltd) co.
However, Parent company does not charge interest on the said loan.

What provisions will get attracted to the Parent Company under Companies Act, 1956?
