30 May 2012 There is a director having two (2) din number in 1st pan no. is not attach and in second pan is attached.
What is the procedure for cancelling the din number??? Second din no. is not used at anywhere. …

30 May 2012 Dear Sir

Very first you need to surrender your additional PAN No. By writing a letter to asst. Commissoner of Income tax . Indicating that by mistake your Director having two Number .

After surrender fill - Form No DIN -2 on for the surrendered PAN . Same thing you need to intimate ROC also .

30 May 2012 Retain and use the DIN in which PAN is furnished. The other one ,in which PAN is not furnished, will automatically get deactivated in due course on account of failure to furnish PAN therein.
