30 May 2012 Dear Sir/Madam

Kindly let me know whether the Memorandum of Association of a Private Limited
Company can have two different Main objects viz. (i)Infrastructure and (ii)Fashion Designing??

30 May 2012 No law restricts any person from carrying on business, that he/she lawfully intends to.

you may keep any objects under the Main Object clause of ur MOA, provided it is not illegal.

go ahead with keeping the above objects in Main Objects of your company. But make sure that ur objects should be very clear of what you do.
